Returns and Cancellation Policy

At KOVA Computers, we strive to deliver high-quality custom gaming PCs. Our Returns and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return a product or cancel an order. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Policy

We accept returns under the following condition:

  • Malfunctions: If your gaming PC experiences hardware malfunctions within 30 days of delivery, you may return it for a full refund, repair, or replacement, at our discretion. The malfunction must be verified by our support team through troubleshooting (contact kovacomputers@gmail.com). Examples include faulty components (e.g., CPU, GPU, RAM) or system failures not caused by user modification.

Return Process:

  1. Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery to report the issue and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Ship the PC back to us in its original packaging, including all components, accessories, and documentation, within 14 days of receiving the RMA.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the PC, we will process your refund, repair, or replacement within 7–10 business days.
  4. Return shipping costs are covered by us for verified malfunctions; otherwise, the customer is responsible for shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Cases:

  • PCs damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications.
  • Returns requested after 30 days from delivery.
  • Cosmetic issues (e.g., minor scratches) that do not affect performance.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order under the following condition:

  • Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled for a full refund if the cancellation request is received before the PC is shipped. Contact us at kovacomputers@gmail.com to initiate cancellation.

Cancellation Process:

  1. Submit your cancellation request with your order number before the order ships.
  2. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Cancellable Cases:

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. You may pursue a return under the Returns Policy if applicable.

Additional Notes

  • All refunds exclude shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified malfunction.
  • Custom PCs are built to order, so please review your configuration carefully before purchase.
